I understand it is not always possible to keep appointments but I would ask that you give 24 hours notice for all cancellations so that I can offer the time to clients who may be on my cancellation list. All appointments not cancelled unfortunately will be charged for in full.
Due to insurance reasons & for the comfort of all clients we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 11 into The Beauty Room, if this is necessary you must do so at your own risk.
